How should I take Gut Food?

Instructions: Add Gut Food to 6-12 ounces of water and stir or mix. Adding a squeeze of lemon helps enhance the flavor. Gut Food can also be added to your smoothie, but keep in mind it has a strawberry lemon taste. We do recommend NOT mixing with hot liquids.

We also have some tips on if you are starting out or have a sensitive gut: 

  • Dosing:
    • Week 1: ½ scoop daily
    • Week 2+: Full scoop daily
  • For sensitive guts, consider dosing as follows:
    • Week 1: ¼ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
    • Week 2: ½ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
    • Week 3+: full scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
