How should I take Gut Food if I have a sensitive gut or stomach?
We have found that individuals with sensitive guts or stomachs tend to do best by taking it slow at first. Here are our recommended dosing instructions:
- Dosing:
- Week 1: ½ scoop daily
- Week 2+: Full scoop daily
- For sensitive guts, consider dosing as follows:
- Week 1: ¼ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
- Week 2: ½ scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
- Week 3+: full scoop, as tolerated and/or taken with food
